We've taken it from 0 10, and now we're looking for someone who wants to help take it 10 1000.The Role: Corporate Sales ManagerYou will own Nuuk's Corporate Sales channel end-to-end from building a strong rolodex to closing high-value deals across corporate gifting, offices, hospitality, real estate, up market brands and institutional buyers.

Build Pipeline & Expand Network- Develop and maintain a strong network across corporates, gifting agencies, event partners, and institutional buyers
- Build a steady pipeline across sectors by identifying new demand pockets and partner categories
- Drive top-of-funnel growth through outreach, networking, events, and referrals
2. Drive Sales Planning & Closures- Build and execute sales plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from pitch negotiation commercial closure
- Manage pricing discussions, proposals, and deal structuring with commercial rigor
- 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, finance, operations, and growth teams to deliver exceptional B2B client experiences
- Build operational processes for fulfilment, SLAs, and client servicing
- Provide feedback loops to product/leadership based on market insights
4. Creative Deal Making & Positioning- Identify creative ways to pitch Nuuk to corporates gifting calendars, festival moments, employee engagement, real-estate welcome kits, hospitality solutions, etc.
- Develop tailored solutions for segments and industries
- 5. Reporting & Process Discipline
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
- Ensure strong process compliance in documentation, contracts, and CRM hygiene
- Track competitive activity and market shifts; bring insights back to the team
Who You AreSkills- Strong B2B/corporate sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Comfort selling to senior stakeholders (CXOs, admin heads, procurement leads)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial acumen
- Ability to independently build a network and convert it into business
- Strong planning, pipeline management, and follow-through discipline
- Experience
- 46 years of experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, or B2B sales
- Exposure to consumer goods, appliances, electronics, premium D2C brands, or lifestyle categories preferred
- Experience owning relationships with agencies, corporate buyers, or institutional procurement teams
