About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts and expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful business relationships, and has a strong track record of closing high-value deals.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients across industries
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Existing network of corporate clients is a plus
  • Experience in hospitality, events, lifestyle, or F&B industry
