About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales efforts and expand our client base. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients across industries
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of proven experience in corporate/B2B sales
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications- Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Existing network of corporate clients is a plus
- Experience in hospitality, events, lifestyle, or F&B industry
