We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Karo Trip. In this role, you will assist in driving revenue growth by engaging with corporate clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our offerings. Responsibilities

  • Support sales team members in managing client accounts and developing strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assist in outreach efforts
  • Participate in sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of corporate sales processes and strategies
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Basic knowledge of sales analytics tools
