Key Responsibilities
- Domestic & International Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and export markets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, and agents.
- Manage key accounts across industries such as paints, coatings, plastics, inks,
- Export & International Market Management
- Handle export sales operations, including order finalization, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of international markets (Asia, the Middle East, Europe, etc.).
- Coordinate export documentation: Proforma Invoice, LC, BL, COO, MSDS, TDS, etc.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and export norms.
- Work closely with logistics, CHA, and freight forwarders for smooth shipments.
- Monitor global market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in new regions.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits.
- Build long-term relationships with overseas customers and channel partners.
- Develop export pricing strategies considering duties, freight, and currency fluctuations.
- Technical & Product Support
- Provide technical support to customers in coordination with R&D / production.
- Understand pigment applications, shade matching, performance parameters, and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Team & Coordination
- Coordinate with production, planning, QA, and finance teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts and export plans.
