Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development/Corporate Sales professional who can generate new leads, develop corporate relationships, and drive business growth. The role requires strong communication skills, client handling capabilities, and readiness to travel for meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and develop new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and meetings
  • Handle corporate sales for retail, commercial, office, and turnkey interior projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and presentations
  • Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and cost estimates
  • Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions across locations
  • Track leads, maintain CRM data, and submit regular sales reports
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming opportunities
