Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and develop new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and meetings
- Handle corporate sales for retail, commercial, office, and turnkey interior projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, procurement teams, and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and presentations
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and cost estimates
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions across locations
- Track leads, maintain CRM data, and submit regular sales reports
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming opportunities
