Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with domestic sales teams and customers to support sales operations.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and manage dispatch coordination.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmations, delivery status, and payments.
- Maintain domestic sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with accounts, operations, logistics, and sales teams for smooth execution.
- Handle export order documentation, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and related documents.
- Track export shipments, schedules, and delivery status.
- Maintain export sales data, shipment records, and compliance documentation.
- Manage export-related communication with international buyers.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Handle email communication and ensure proper documentation across all sales activities.
