Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager - Hospitality, located in Delhi. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new leads, and driving sales across the hospitality offerings at Haveli Dharampura, including its boutique hotel and restaurant. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, executing sales strategies, ensuring guest satisfaction, and collaborating with the operations team to enhance client experience. The role demands proactive prospecting and delivering on revenue targets consistently.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and building long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Proven ability in Sales and achieving revenue targets effectively
  • Experience with Customer Service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Competence in Sales Operations, including planning and reporting
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Background in the hospitality industry and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred
