Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Corporate Sales Manager will oversee sales growth and customer acquisition, manage key accounts, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensure smooth sales operations, and lead efforts in identifying and generating leads. The role involves developing corporate sales strategies, managing sales teams, identifying market opportunities, and building strong relationships with key business clients.

The manager oversees sales operations, ensures alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams, and represents the company in high-level negotiations with major clients and strategic partners. The position also ensures that sales activities comply with corporate policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the activities of the corporate sales department.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Establish and implement corporate sales policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.
  • Direct and coordinate regional and divisional sales operations across commercial, industrial, institutional, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce markets.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of sales staff.
  • Motivate and manage sales teams to achieve or exceed corporate sales objectives.
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations with major customers and corporate accounts.
  • Oversee the development of pricing strategies, proposals, and contractual agreements with business clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure that all corporate sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
