Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee and expand sales operations by identifying and engaging with new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and developing customized gifting solutions in line with client needs. They will also lead a team to achieve sales targets, design and execute sales strategies, and generate detailed sales reports while working collaboratively with marketing and operational teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. Salary will be upto 30k monthly.

Qualifications

  • Sales and account management skills, including negotiation, client relationship management, and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas to internal teams and clients.
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities to design compelling sales strategies and overcome challenges.
  • Experience in the corporate gifting or employee engagement space is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other sales-related software.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
