Role Description The Corporate Sales Manager role at EBASE Infratech Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The person in this role will drive corporate sales for residential and commercial projects, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporate clients and institutional partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating and closing deals in line with business targets. The Corporate Sales Manager will develop and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and project teams) to ensure accurate information and timely responses, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Operations, including managing a structured pipeline, forecasting revenue, and meeting or exceeding corporate sales targets.
  • Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build, nurture, and retain long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
  • Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, networking, and using digital or offline channels to create new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at senior levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in real estate or related industries, preferably in corporate or institutional sales.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and basic office productivity software.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
