Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate high-quality corporate leads through proactive outreach and market intelligence.
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Build and sustain robust, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Drive significant sales growth and successfully meet or exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., revenue, reservations) to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Oversee sales operations and processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and optimal service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and maintaining client trust.
- Align sales activities and strategies directly with broader business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Account Management and Lead Generation within a corporate sales environment.
- Strong foundational skills in Sales Strategy and Sales Operations.
- Proficiency in delivering excellent Customer Service and fostering lasting client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a significant advantage.
