Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Sales MICE Manager based in Delhi, India. The candidate will lead efforts to identify and acquire corporate clients for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) services. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing relationships with stakeholders, negotiating contracts, organizing corporate events, and ensuring seamless client experiences. The role also involves market research to identify trends, creating proposals tailored to client needs, and achieving defined revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Corporate Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience with Event Planning, MICE Operations, and Organizing Conferences
• Proficiency in Negotiation, Proposal Creation, and Contract Management
• Knowledge of Travel and Tourism Industry and familiarity with emerging trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Prior experience in MICE or corporate sales is a strong advantage
