Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager/ BDM

Experience: 3 Years

Location: Chandigarh | Jaipur

Mode: Onsite

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager / BDM to drive sales of hardware, data security, and data backup solutions to corporate clients in Chandigarh and Jaipur. This is a client-facing role requiring strong local market exposure and the ability to close deals in SMB and Enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell hardware, data security, and data backup solutions to corporate customers.
  • Identify and close deals in SMB and Enterprise segments.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets for customer meetings and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Independently manage assigned territory and key accounts.

Skills & Technical Knowledge Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT Security Solutions, including:
  • Endpoint, Network & Data Security
  • DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
  • NGFW (Next-Generation Firewall)
  • MDM (Mobile Device Management)
  • Helpdesk & Asset Management
  • OR strong experience in Backup Solutions, such as:
  • Server, Desktop & Laptop Backup
  • Replication and Disaster Recovery solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service mindset with proven capability to work independently.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in selling data security or data backup solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling to corporate customers in Chandigarh or Jaipur.
  • Candidate must have strong local market exposure and network in the respective city (Chandigarh or Jaipur).
  • Prior experience with an IT reseller/channel partner organization is mandatory.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to close enterprise-level deals.
  • Experience in a client-facing sales role with full sales cycle management.
