Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving B2B sales by building and converting a strong pipeline of corporate clients.The focus is on acquisition, relationship management, and repeat businessacross corporate gifting and bulk orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:Identify, approach, andacquirenew B2B clients across industries including corporates, real estate,automobiles,pharmaceuticalsand HORECA.
- Sales Growth & Targets:Own the end-to-end sales cycle and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals, ensuringtimelyfollow-ups and conversions.
- Client Relationship Management:Develop andmaintainstrong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Solution Selling:Understand client requirements and propose customized plant and gifting solutions aligned with their workspace and aesthetic needs.
- Proposal & Presentation:Create and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to effectively convert business opportunities.
- Market Research & Insights:Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies toidentifynew growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with Sales Head,Marketing, and supply chain teams to enhance client acquisition andoptimizeproduct offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from a reputable institute is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 2-4years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industries related to lifestyle products, Home Decor,personal care,gardening,Interiors, Home Appliances orCorporate Gifting.
- Location: Candidate must be based inDelhi/NCR.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively pitch and close deals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer customized solutions.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
- Self-motivated:A go-getterattitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
