Job Description

  • Ensure Operational & Sales functions of Corporate Business & Servicing are run effectively and efficiently
  • To Deal with the client on Wellness point of view, sale the wellness services to them like Annual Health Checkup, Onsite Health Checkup, Pre Employment, Health Awareness Session etc. Also closely preparing, monitoring SLAs and TATs agreed with the client and ensure compliance of the same.
  • To find various automation solutions that improve wellness services standards, reduce Average Handling Time
  • Timely meeting clients and Diagnostic Centers and ensure each party to act as per agreed terms.
  • Manage internal / external client relationships effectively and build client relationships in the wider client environment.
  • Maintain appropriate balance between cost and service.
  • Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies
