Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to HRs, Talent Acquisition teams & Hiring Managers of leading organizations
  • Identify potential hiring companies across industries through market research
  • Engage and build rapport via calls, emails, LinkedIn and WhatsApp messages
  • Present Hireclap recruitment services and customized hiring solutions to prospective clients
  • Generate qualified leads and support conversion through follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions & statuses
  • Support sales campaigns, proposals, and onboarding activities when required

Who We're Looking For

  • Strong communication & people-handling skills
  • Passion for Sales, HR Tech, or Recruitment industry
  • Self-driven, confident & persistent attitude
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and Excel
