Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research and build connects with target companies and senior stakeholders (CXOs, leadership teams, L&D and business heads)
- Drive lead generation and outreach via Calls, email & Linkedin.
- Lineup meetings, follow-ups, and drive further discussions.
- Help create pitch decks, proposals, and other materials.
- Maintain CRM updates and basic pipeline tracking.
Competencies:
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Professional business etiquette when engaging senior stakeholders
- Ability to organize data and follow up systematically
- Willingness to learn consultative B2B sales
- Basic proficiency with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools (preferred)
