Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Research and build connects with target companies and senior stakeholders (CXOs, leadership teams, L&D and business heads)
  2. Drive lead generation and outreach via Calls, email & Linkedin.
  3. Lineup meetings, follow-ups, and drive further discussions.
  4. Help create pitch decks, proposals, and other materials.
  5. Maintain CRM updates and basic pipeline tracking.

Competencies:

  1. Strong research and analytical skills.
  2. Clear written and verbal communication
  3. Professional business etiquette when engaging senior stakeholders
  4. Ability to organize data and follow up systematically
  5. Willingness to learn consultative B2B sales
  6. Basic proficiency with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools (preferred)
