Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new B2B corporate leads and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs and key decision-makers
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups using CRM tools
Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline
- 13 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales (corporate gifting preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
