Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new B2B corporate leads and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs and key decision-makers
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow-ups using CRM tools

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 13 years of experience in B2B / corporate sales (corporate gifting preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
