About the Role:
Stay Blessed Corporate Solutions is seeking a highly driven and professional Corporate Sales Executive to strengthen our sales operations, establish new corporate alliances, and lead onsite brand engagement activities across Hyderabad.
The position requires a proactive sales professional with strong business acumen who can build and sustain high-value corporate relationships, drive strategic partnerships, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and client servicing teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a structured corporate sales strategy to acquire and retain clients for Stay Blessed's accommodation, food solutions and Health solutions for corporate employees.
- Identify potential corporate accounts, initiate engagement, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct onsite corporate seminars, presentations, and engagement programs to promote services and drive brand visibility.
- Liaise with HR, Admin, and Procurement heads of corporate clients to develop long-term partnerships and contract agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align service offerings with client requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain structured client data, proposals, and activity reports through CRM tools and provide sales forecasts and performance insights to management.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent Stay Blessed Corporate Solutions in corporate networking forums, trade fairs, and business exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, documentation, and client service protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Institutional Sales, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or corporate services sector.
- Strong command of corporate communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage CXO-level professionals.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver against defined revenue goals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
- Willingness to travel locally within Hyderabad for corporate visits and onsite activities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in corporate sales or partnerships.
