Role Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive/Manager who will be responsible for generating B2B business for corporate cybersecurity trainings as well as building partnerships with companies for our placement assistance & talent deployment programs. The ideal candidate will build relationships with HR Heads, CISOs, CTOs, L&D Teams, SOC Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Training Sales

  • Identify, target, and generate leads for corporate cybersecurity & SOC training programs.
  • Connect with decision-makers (L&D Heads, CISOs, CTOs, HR Leaders) through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, networking, and events.
  • Present SIEM XPERT training solutions, schedule demos, and close deals with corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, training schedules, and training agreements.

Partnerships & Talent Deployment

  • Build strategic partnerships with companies to hire and onboard our trained SOC Analysts.
  • Coordinate with corporate HR & hiring teams to understand role requirements and hiring volume.
  • Facilitate candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and post-hiring follow-ups.
  • Create and maintain long-term relationships to ensure recurring business.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Manage CRM-based pipeline and maintain daily/weekly reporting.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, cold emailing, webinars, networking groups, and cybersecurity communities to generate new corporate connections.
  • Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and events for brand reach and client acquisition.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales / EdTech / Staffing / IT Sales / HR Consulting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong lead generation and negotiation ability.
  • Comfort with reaching out to senior stakeholders like CISOs, CTOs, HR Heads & L&D Managers.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, IT Training, Talent Deployment, or Staffing Industry is a strong plus.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and proactive.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Corporate training revenue targets (monthly/quarterly).
  • Number of new corporate accounts acquired.
  • Number of hiring partners onboarded.
  • Successful placement deployments of trained SOC candidates.
  • Lead conversion ratio & pipeline management efficiency.
