Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries from platforms like Justdial, IndiaMART, the website, etc.
Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Prepare and share quotations/proposals with clients
Follow up with leads to close sales deals
Maintain proper records of leads and sales activities in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with the technical/field team for smooth execution
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales / telecalling / business development
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email handling, and CRM tools
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Knowledge of CCTV, automation, or security systems (preferred)
Qualification
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
