Job Description

Role: Sales executive

Location: Benguluru/Hyderabad

Shift: Day shift

JD:

Responsible for Sales of Anvayaa services to Corporates.

Build relationship with prospects / customers

Identifying opportunities to increase sales of Anvayaa Services by researching new markets and opportunities

Determining pricing strategies for services based on customer needs and available resources

Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's corporate customer base and ensure it's strong presence

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and package the services offered to corporates to suit their needs.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and dealb closure with necessary documentation.

Identify potential opportunities to accelerate business volume.

Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals.

Prepare periodic sales reports.

Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue 8

Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.

Need to visit 3 Offices in a day, Where 1 lead will be given by internal team

Requirements and skills

Successful previous experience as a sales professional, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Experience in selling into corporates

Ability to articulate USPs of programs vis--vis competitive offerings with deep coaching and counselling experience.

Ability to make inroads into new corporate accounts and territories.
