Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers within healthcare facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements, and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to support customer needs and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers, and attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
