Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Corporate Sales Associate based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals, creating customized corporate travel packages, maintaining industry knowledge, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.

Qualifications
  • Business Development and Sales skills, including generating leads, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Marketing and Presentation skills for creating tailored proposals and presenting tailored solutions effectively.
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to engage with corporate stakeholders and close sales agreements.
  • Industry knowledge and experience in corporate travel or MICE management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
