Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients for express logistics services.
- Develop and deliver customized sales pitches, proposals, and pricing solutions.
- Ensure consistent pipeline building and weekly opportunity tracking.
2. Key Account Management
- Manage and grow revenue from large enterprise accounts and high-value clients.
- Oversee account planning, quarterly reviews, and long-term relationship building.
- Act as a single point of contact for escalations, service issues, or SLA deviations.
- Drive customer retention and account expansion opportunities.
3. Contract & Commercial Management
- Negotiate commercial terms, rate cards, and service contracts with clients.
- Lead contract renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking.
- Ensure proper documentation, adherence to agreed SLAs, and timely closure of legal/finance approvals.
4. Revenue & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor revenue leakage, credit limits, and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Review client performance metrics and drive improvements.
5. Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, hub teams, and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Share client requirements (pickup schedules, packaging needs, delivery SLAs) with relevant teams.
- Track shipment performance and ensure adherence to service commitments.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain updated sales reports, lead trackers, and client interaction logs.
- Provide MIS updates, forecasting, market intelligence, and competitor insights.
- Assist in preparing presentations, RFP responses, and business reviews.
