About the Role
The Product Manager will support the Corporate Salary Product Lead in driving strategic initiatives, product development, and business growth. This role involves managing product lifecycle, enhancing customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for the Corporate Salary segment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about consumer banking, data-driven decision-making, and creating differentiated propositions in the market
Key Responsibilities
.Assist in launching new products and programs aligned with business goals
.Conduct market research and competition benchmarking to identify opportunities
.Collaborate with digital teams to enhance onboarding and engagement journeys
.Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives within the NTB (New-to-Bank) salary base
.Monitor product performance and implement controls to improve sourcing quality
.Support field teams with training, product knowledge, and business enablement
.Ensure timely closure of audit, risk, and regulatory requirements
.Manage project timelines and stakeholder communications effectively
Qualifications
.Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute
.8+ years of experience in consumer products
