Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Relations Officer to strengthen our industry connections, facilitate student placements, organize corporate engagement events, and drive academic collaborations. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking skills, a strong understanding of industry trends, and a passion for connecting students with rewarding career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:1. Placements & Industry Partnerships:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for student internships and job placements.
- Identify and onboard new recruiters across various industries.
- Coordinate placement drives, campus recruitment, and industry interaction sessions.
- Track placement statistics and prepare reports for management.
2. Corporate Events & Engagement:- Organize industry talks, networking events, career fairs, and corporate workshops.
- Collaborate with companies for guest lectures, panel discussions, and skill development sessions.
- Promote BEAT Education's brand among corporate stakeholders.
3. Academic Collaboration with Industries:- Facilitate MoUs, partnerships, and collaborative projects between BEAT Educations and industries.
- Work with faculty to align curriculum with industry requirements.
- Initiate joint research projects, training programs, and certification courses with corporate partners.
4. Stakeholder Management:- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and corporate partners.
- Gather feedback from employers to improve training and placement processes.
- Represent BEAT Educations at industry conferences and networking forums.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relations, placements, or industry collaboration (preferably in education/training sectors).
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in organizing corporate events and securing placements.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and hiring practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
