Position: Corporate Relations Executive (KAM)

Department: Program Operations

Reporting Hierarchy: This role would report to the Head of Career Services

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new client partnerships (MOU) across industries requiring Digital Marketing talent.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Business heads running AI teams, HR leaders, hiring managers, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Understand client hiring needs, market trends, and evolving skill demands in Digital Marketing sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and academic teams to ensure curriculum alignment with industry requirements.
  • Organize and lead placement drives, corporate webinars, and networking events to showcase learner talent.
  • Track placement success metrics and gather client feedback to continuously improve placement outcomes.
  • Represent the company at Digital Marketing summits; conferences as well as in-person/virtual client meetings.
  • Develop tailored proposals, pitches, and contract negotiations with prospective clients.

Who Can Apply

  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate relations or B2B sales or Business Development (Ed-tech background preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong Data Visualisation Skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and react quickly to keep the brand relevant.
  • Experience in handling multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
  • A positive attitude and desire to produce measurable results.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite.
  • Ability to set up and lead the team of coordinators assisting in placement activities.
