Roles And Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new client partnerships (MOU) across industries requiring Digital Marketing talent.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with Business heads running AI teams, HR leaders, hiring managers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring needs, market trends, and evolving skill demands in Digital Marketing sectors.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and academic teams to ensure curriculum alignment with industry requirements.
- Organize and lead placement drives, corporate webinars, and networking events to showcase learner talent.
- Track placement success metrics and gather client feedback to continuously improve placement outcomes.
- Represent the company at Digital Marketing summits; conferences as well as in-person/virtual client meetings.
- Develop tailored proposals, pitches, and contract negotiations with prospective clients.
Who Can Apply
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate relations or B2B sales or Business Development (Ed-tech background preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong Data Visualisation Skills.
- Ability to identify trends and react quickly to keep the brand relevant.
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload.
- A positive attitude and desire to produce measurable results.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite.
- Ability to set up and lead the team of coordinators assisting in placement activities.
