Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic BFSI Recruiters with experience in end-to-end hiring for roles across the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector. This is an RPO-based role, where selected candidates will work directly from the clients premises while being on the payroll of Vrinda Global.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Source candidates using job portals, databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and volume hiring.
• Ensure timely delivery of recruitment targets as per SLAs.
• Maintain regular reporting and updates using ATS or other recruitment tools.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in BFSI hiring (either in a corporate TA team or RPO setup).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Graduate in any discipline (must).
