5. Offer Extension and Negotiation: Extend offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms as needed.
6. Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
7. Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
