We are a fast-growing IT startup building innovative technology solutions and expanding our team across India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles within India while working in US shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across India.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and business leaders.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/functional interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollout process.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and closure timelines.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT hiring in India).
- Good understanding of technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) and corporate roles (HR, Marketing, Sales, Admin, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Ability to work in US shift (night shift mandatory).
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling bulk hiring or startup hiring.
- Knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding process.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
