Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT) NIGHT SHIFT ONLY

Location: Bhopal [Onsite]

Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift Mandatory)

Experience Required: 4+ years

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are a fast-growing IT startup building innovative technology solutions and expanding our team across India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles within India while working in US shift hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across India.
  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads and business leaders.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate technical/functional interview rounds with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary and manage offer rollout process.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
  • Meet monthly hiring targets and closure timelines.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT hiring in India).
  • Good understanding of technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) and corporate roles (HR, Marketing, Sales, Admin, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Ability to work in US shift (night shift mandatory).
  • Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience handling bulk hiring or startup hiring.
  • Knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding process.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
