This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Corporate Recruiter. The Corporate Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent tailored to organizational needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and using innovative tools to attract skilled professionals. The role will also involve maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations while meeting hiring timelines.

• Experience with talent sourcing, recruitment strategies, and candidate engagement
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices in recruitment
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in technical or corporate recruiting is a plus
