Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Pune (on-site)

Job Type: 6 months contract

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions. This includes sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates, as well as developing effective recruitment strategies to build a strong pipeline of talent.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and fit.

Candidate Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends.

Process Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with Indian employment laws and company policies.

Reporting:

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in the Indian market.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools, including ATS.
  • Strong knowledge of the Naukri portal.
  • Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
