Corporate Recruiter

Looking for an Internal/Corporate HR Recruiter to help us build a strong US Recruiter team, This is a UK shift. (not for UK client but shift as per UK time)

We need someone who understands staffing urgency, quality screening, and how to hire high performing recruiters. You will manage end to end internal hiring, evaluate recruiter talent, coordinate with leadership, and ensure we Bring in people who can actually deliver results.

Location: Vadodara

Shift: UK Shift

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience required:

1-3 years in corporate recruitment

Strong understanding of US IT Staffing

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
