Looking for an Internal HR Recruiter to help us build a strong US Recruiter team !

Shift Timings : 2:00PM IST TO 11:00PM IST

We need someone who understands staffing urgency, quality screening, and how to hire high performing recruiters. You will manage end to end internal hiring, evaluate recruiter talent, coordinate with leadership, and ensure we Bring in people who can actually deliver results.

Location: Vadodara

Shift: 2:00PM IST TO 11:00PM IST

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience required:

• 1-3 years in corporate recruitment
• Strong understanding of US IT Staffing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
