Gather and define business requirements across corporate portal journeys including Payments, Liquidity, Trade, FX, Collections, Virtual Accounts, Approvals, Reporting, and Service Requests.
Drive mapping of persona-based workflows, entitlements/authorization models, and multi-channel UX expectations.
Create BRDs/FSDs, user journeys, process flows, and API requirement definitions.
Coordinate with design teams to shape next-gen UX aligned to VCB's Digibank vision.
Collaborate with integration teams to map channel-to-core and channel-to-host system interactions.
Support SIT/UAT planning, defect triage, and regression validation.
Conduct gap analysis vs product/vendor capabilities and recommend enhancements.
