Hiring - Business Planning Analyst- Corporate Planning
Location - Mumbai (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- To support project manager in creating strategic presentation for management update and discussions (Board presentation, Townhall, Tokio Marine discussion, Leadership connect) (Story flow, timely delivery, conduct multiple dry run with various stakeholder, incorporate feedback)
- To do various researching across industry material and do deep dive on various channel/functional analysis and provide insights for discussion
- To do follow-up with various stakeholders across functions on actionable from various functional review discussion
- Preparation of the Org Wide Monthly Reports like Channel and Department Actuals vs Budget, Product Mix reports, Dashboard and Quarterly Competitor Comparison Reports.
- Reconciliation of data and interact with respective teams in case of any data discrepancies and to ensure data accuracy is maintained.
- Identify the areas of process improvement and implement the Automated solutions for the generation of reports.
Skill Set: Advance Excel, Visualization tools.
Should be from Finance Background
Qualifications
Master's in Finance
Experience:
0-2 years of experience
- preferred from Insurance Industry
- Good communication skill
