Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Corporate Relations Executives to consistently hit placement targets.

Set individual and team KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and address performance gaps proactively.

Identify and remove roadblocks that prevent your team from closing placements.

Conduct weekly team meetings to keep everyone aligned on targets, pipelines, and priorities.

2. Corporate Outreach & Company Partnerships

Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and hiring decision-makers across Biotech, Pharma, Medtech, and Life Sciences startups.

Onboard new companies to post jobs and hire exclusively through Biotecnika's platform.

Create and maintain an active pipeline of hiring partners at various stages of engagement.

Lead outreach initiatives through LinkedIn, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals.

3. Student Placement & Talent Matching

Understand each hiring partner's requirements deeply and match them with the right candidates from our trained student pool.

Act as the key liaison between companies and students throughout the hiring process from introduction to offer.

Track placement conversions and ensure placement targets are met every quarter.

Collect and share market feedback to help improve our course offerings and student readiness.

4. Brand & Content Initiatives

Collect testimonial videos and success stories from placed students to strengthen corporate outreach.

Identify and onboard industry experts as speakers for Biotecnika's webinars and events,improving brand credibility with corporate partners.

Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns that showcase placement outcomes and attract more hiring companies.

5. Strategy & Reporting

Build quarterly placement plans with clear milestones for outreach, onboarding, and conversions.

Report regularly to senior management on placement numbers, corporate pipeline health, and partnership status.

Continuously assess hiring trends in Biotech, Pharma, and Medtech to keep our placement strategy ahead of the curve.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, HR, or a related field. Candidates with a background in Biotech or Life Sciences will have a distinct advantage.
  • Experience: 310 years of experience in student placements, EdTech, talent acquisition, staffing, or B2B corporate relations. Prior experience leading a team is strongly preferred.

Have existing relationships or a strong network in Biotech, Pharma, Medtech, or Life Sciences hiring circles.

Can lead and inspire a small team while staying personally hands-on with key accounts.

Are comfortable owning a number you know what your placement rate is every single week.

Have strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

Are organized, deadline-driven, and can manage multiple corporate relationships simultaneously.
