About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Appointment Setter / Outreach Specialist to help expand our footprint in the corporate training space.
Your core responsibility will be to connect with HR Heads, L&D Leaders, and senior decision-makers across organizations and schedule high-quality meetings for our AI-Native Leadership Masterclass (a transformative 3-hours session) designed for middle and senior management.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands B2B conversations and knows how to open doors at the leadership level.
What you'll be doing:
- Identify and reach out to HR Heads, L&D Heads, CXOs, and senior leaders via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Craft personalized outreach messages that generate interest and curiosity
- Clearly communicate the value of our AI Leadership Masterclass
- Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and follow-ups
- Collaborate to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Track performance metrics (responses, meetings booked, conversions)
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting / lead generation / sales development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (written + verbal)
- Confidence in speaking with senior professionals and decision-makers
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and CRM tools
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
- Bonus: Experience in corporate training, coaching, consulting, or EdTech
What Success looks like:
- Consistent booking of qualified meetings with corporate decision-makers
- Ability to build trust quickly through outreach
- High conversion from outreach → appointment
