Responsibilities
Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Spot opportunities like a pro! Use innovative strategies to identify companies passionate about education under CSR.
- Dive into cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach, building a treasure trove of strong leads.
- Keep the wheels turning with CRM tools and outreach metrics to enhance conversion rates and maintain data integrity.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with our Corporate Partnerships and Volunteering teams to ensure seamless partner handoffs.
- Take charge of strategic partners, diving deeper to build trust and operational insight.
- Be the voice that bridges partner expectations with internal team goals.
Proposals & Agreements
- Draft irresistible proposals, crystal-clear MoUs, and watertight partner contracts.
- Manage due diligence aligned with India's CSR guidelines (you'll have your finger on the pulse!).
- Keep digital records sharp, organized, and ready for any audit adventure.
Networking & Relationship Building
- Show up where it matters! Attend conferences, webinars, and events buzzing with CSR professionals.
- Build lasting relationships through follow-ups, updates, and collaboration.
- Partner with marketing to spotlight success stories and inspire future partnerships.
Must-Haves
- A degree (any fieldpassion is what counts most).
- Experience in sales, business development, fundraising or relationship building. Bonus if it's in nonprofit or CSR.
- Communication skills that make magic happen, paired with adaptability, empathy, and creativity.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email automation That's the cherry on top!
