Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Legal role located in Navi Mumbai. The professional will be responsible for managing legal consulting tasks, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. The role will involve addressing legal issues, advising on contractual agreements, and supporting the organization's decision-making process with sound legal guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in Legal Consulting
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues
- Effective Communication skills for negotiation, documentation, and coordination
- Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; admission to the Bar is preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at working in high-pressure environments
