Key Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for leasing company's office assets
- Meet Corporates, understand their office relocation needs and give them solution.
- Develop business for company via various channels- online & offline
- Channel partner/Broker/IPC management
- Initiate/Maintain relationship with corporates
- Assist with site visits as and when required
Candidate Profile :-
Must have experience of minimum of 5-6yrs in similar profile i.e. corporate leasing- Thorough knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Locations / Buildings etc. in Gurgao
- nGo-Getter Attitude & Self motivated individua
- lGood Communication skills and presentable personalit
