Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking lawyers for a full service law firm.

Job Requirement:

• LL.B. degree with up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and practical execution of deals
• Legal professional with 8–14 years of experience in corporate and transactional law
• Independently handled M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and strategic investments across industries
• Strong advisory background in corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and sector-specific regulations
• Expertise in Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, SEBI & AIF regulations, RBI guidelines, and Competition Act
• Skilled in leading negotiations, managing transactions end-to-end, and providing strategic, business-oriented legal advice
• Known for delivering high-quality work under tight timelines with strong commercial acumen
