Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Help internal team in reviewing, drafting, and vetting contracts, agreements and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support in providing legal inputs on business operations, partnerships and routine decisions
- Assist in handling legal disputes, claims and litigation matters under senior/legal counsel guidance
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with external legal counsel as required
- Develop and maintain standard legal templates and documentation
