Job description
- End to end recruitment (Internal Hiring) - 80%
- HR operations (Employee engagement, documentation, joining coordination) - 20%

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with leaders and key stakeholders to develop short- and long-term sourcing strategies to meet strategic recruitment goals.
- Develop and utilize innovative sourcing techniques engage high quality passive talent to assess their skills and motivators (timing, location, career aspirations) and fit for current or future positions.
- Use a variety of techniques to present a diverse slate of talent including lead generation, position postings, professional boards/associations, social media, and referrals.
- Provide an excellent candidate and customer experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Lead the job offer negotiation process by recommending compensation offers to hiring management and working with other HR COEs as needed; communicates a total employment package to candidates (salary/incentive compensation, benefits, company culture, career opportunities, and work environment). Consults with management when negotiating with candidates as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience supporting a variety of areas.
- Candidate should be from US Staffing organization
- Candidate must have relevant experience in hiring US Staffing profiles
- Excellent communication skills and influencing skills
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews
- Should be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal network, referencing
- Design creative means that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified applicants
