Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for a Corporate Internal Auditor at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment). The Corporate Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing in-depth audit reports, and identifying areas for operational improvements. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and supporting the organization in achieving financial transparency and accountability. The role will also involve collaborating with various departments and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Plan and conduct internal audits as per the annual audit plan
• Review and assess internal control systems, processes, and procedures
• Identify financial, operational, and compliance risks and recommend mitigation measures
• Examine accounting records, financial statements, and transactions for accuracy and integrity
• Conduct process audits across departments (HR, Operations, Finance, IT, etc.)
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations
• Follow up on audit observations and track implementation of corrective actions
• Investigate cases of fraud, misconduct, or policy violations, if required
