Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Corporate (Insurance Channel) Sales Specialist. The role involves
- new client acquisition in the insurance sector. identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
- The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions, deliver client training sessions, and provide high-quality customer service while addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Regular reporting and analysis of financial performance will also comprise part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of sales in the insurance sector (through agencies etc.)
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to resolve client concerns promptly
- Experience in delivering corporate Training sessions
- Results-driven mindset with the capability to meet sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Relevant experience in corporate sales, particularly in the insurance is a plus
