Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Strategy:

1. Participates in the development of HR strategies and development of department goals in line with business goals.

2. Analyses cost and benefits of HR programs and identifies highest impact programs and best use of resources.

HR Systems Implementation:

1. Partners with key functions to assist with the implementation of core HR strategies and systems.

2. Counsels and advises key customers regarding HR programs such as the Performance Development System, Engagement, Rewards and Recognition systems, policies, and development of people.

Business Partnering:

1. Co-ordinates the administration of the employee survey process. Partners with key customers to interpret survey results, facilitates feedback and coaching in the action planning process.

2. Analyses and makes recommendations using data relevant to staffing, turnover and transfers.

3. Implements strategies in collaboration with Functional Heads to set up employees for success.

4. Manages entire life cycle of Employees from Transition into role to exit.
