Zilight is a growing hospitality group currently expanding its hotel portfolio across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This year we are launching five new hotel properties, and we are building a strong leadership team to support this expansion.
We are looking for an experienced CorporateHR who can lead recruitment, HR operations, and employee development across multiple hotel properties.
Key Responsibility:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead hiring for all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, and Operations.
- Manage bulk recruitment during hotel openings.
HR Operations
- Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits.
Pre-Opening HR Setup
- Lead HR setup for new hotel launches.
- Plan manpower requirements for upcoming properties.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain a positive work culture across properties.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospitality HR standards.
- Implement HR policies and procedures across all hotels.
Performance Management
- Work closely with department heads on performance reviews and staff development.
Requirement:
- 5–8 years of HR experience in hotels
- Experience managing hotel recruitment and operations HR
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Ability to handle multi-property HR operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in hotel pre-opening teams
- Background working with hotel chains or hospitality groups
